Robert Caven is a fourth-generation Idahoan with more than a decade of experience in the Treasure Valley real estate market. Born and raised in Idaho, Robert has developed a deep understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and opportunities that make the area such a desirable place to call home, with a particular focus on luxury homes and new construction in Boise and Eagle.

Throughout his career, Robert has worked across residential real estate, investment, and development, giving him a perspective that extends beyond the traditional role of a real estate agent. His experience as an active investor and developer allows him to evaluate properties through multiple lenses, from the quality and long-term potential of a home to the opportunities presented by land, new construction, and development.

Today, Robert brings that experience to Caven Bradner, working with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers throughout the Treasure Valley. His approach centers on understanding each client’s goals and providing straightforward, strategic guidance throughout every transaction. By combining deep local knowledge with experience in luxury real estate, new construction, investment, and development, Robert helps his clients make informed real estate decisions with confidence.

Aidan Bradner is a real estate agent with a focus on luxury homes, new construction, and relocation throughout the Treasure Valley, particularly in Boise and Eagle. With a background in sales, marketing, and real estate media, Aidan brings a strong understanding of how homes are positioned, presented, and marketed in an increasingly competitive real estate landscape.

Before focusing fully on real estate, Aidan built his career in sales and marketing, experience that now shapes his approach to real estate and the Caven Bradner brand. His work producing real estate content and touring some of the Treasure Valley’s most distinctive homes and communities has given him an in-depth look at local builders, neighborhoods, design trends, and the details that distinguish exceptional homes.

Having relocated to Idaho himself, Aidan also brings firsthand perspective on what draws people to the Treasure Valley and the considerations involved in choosing where to live. Today, he combines that perspective with his experience in marketing and media to showcase the homes, communities, and lifestyle that make Boise and Eagle unique.
