Welcome to Valnova

Set across roughly 6,000 acres in the Eagle Foothills, Valnova is one of the most ambitious master-planned communities ever developed in the Treasure Valley. Rather than functioning as a single subdivision, Valnova is being built as a collection of distinct neighborhoods connected by open space, trails, recreation, and eventually a village center with shopping, dining, and other everyday amenities. More than half of the community is planned to remain as open space or recreational land.

The homes are intentionally varied, ranging from townhomes and smaller single-family residences to larger semi-custom and custom homes. That variety allows different sections of Valnova to develop their own character while sharing access to the broader community and its amenities.

At the center of the lifestyle is the Glencara Recreation Village and Greenway. The community includes a 2.5-acre recreation lake and beach area, along with swimming, pickleball, trails, parks, and connections into the Eagle Foothills regional trail system. Future plans extend considerably beyond that, with additional recreation, a village center, schools, and other community amenities envisioned as Valnova develops.

What makes Valnova particularly distinctive is its combination of scale and setting. It is a new community that will continue taking shape for years to come, giving residents access to newer homes and extensive amenities while placing the Eagle Foothills and thousands of acres of open space at the center of everyday life.
