Set between the north and south channels of the Boise River in South Eagle, Two Rivers is one of the area’s most established and distinctive communities. Spread across approximately 245 acres, the neighborhood is known for its mature landscaping, winding pathways, and extensive network of lakes and waterfalls that give it a character unlike most newer developments in the Treasure Valley. The community includes 17 lakes and 41 waterfalls throughout its grounds.
Homes in Two Rivers range from patio-style residences to large custom estates, with many properties positioned along lakes, waterways, or landscaped open spaces. Much of the community was developed beginning around the early 2000s, allowing mature trees and landscaping to become a defining part of the neighborhood. Several sections are gated, including areas with larger waterfront and estate-style properties.
Residents also have access to a community clubhouse, swimming pool, parks, and an extensive network of walking paths. Its location between the channels of the Boise River adds to the natural setting, while Downtown Eagle, the Greenbelt, golf, restaurants, and shopping remain nearby.
What makes Two Rivers especially distinctive is how established it feels. Mature trees, custom homes, water features, and thoughtfully landscaped common areas create a sense of place that has developed over decades and is difficult to reproduce in newer Eagle communities.
